Noodz

I ordered the Mongolian beef noodz (not spicy) and MAN! IT WAS AMAZING. the noodles were cooked perfectly and the broth has a warm umommy feeling when drinking it. The veggies are fresh and the meat has juicy flavor. I also ordered a mago bolbba. I like it however it was not the texture I was a custom to. My advice would be that it would make a super great summer time treat. Service was great and I will be returning.

Really good food and service! We got the bang bang shrimp ramen and it was amazing, although I wish it had some more protein. The bao buns were also delicious but especially recommend the fried chicken baos! The mangolian beef ramen was also yummy but that bang bang was addicting we kept fighting over it not a ton of seating so if it’s busy you might be waiting for a table. But staff was very kind and we’d be back for sure

Noodz is an absolute gem! The noodles were incredibly delicious—easily the best I’ve ever had. The restaurant itself is beautifully designed, creating a wonderful atmosphere to enjoy the meal. The service was top-notch as well, with Khalid going above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. He was super helpful and even stayed late for us. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for amazing food and exceptional service!

Updated Review 4/13/25 : I returned with my wife and her best friend. This time they did have the birria ramen. It was good, but ironically, I like the bang bang shrimp ramen even better! I was also impressed that Khalid remembered me too. _____________________________________ Came here with my wife for a late lunch. I found this place on Instagram. Our Sunday was open so we decided to come here I was excited! I had looked at the menu ahead of time and was intrigued by the birria ramen and the crack croquettes. We arrived and we're greeted by Sophia, who was very welcoming. The interior is cool! There's umbrellas on the ceiling in the hallway leading to the bathroom, along with mirrors that reflect cool neon signs. I also liked the Goku picture and the SpongeBob picture that said "You like Noodz don't you Squidward?" Well...They were sold out of birria ramen. I gave Sophia a hard time, saying "Why do you guys hate me?" I ended up ordering the bang bang shrimp ramen instead, they thankfully still had crack croquettes My wife ordered the elote ramen. When it came out I was impressed by the lovely presentation. I like the way they present the two fried shrimp in the bang bang shrimp bowl. It only took me one bite to realize that this was some seriously good ramen! Wonderful flavor and texture with the perfectly comfortable amount of spicy The fried shrimps were good too, flavorful with a nice crisp and not overly battered. Sophia at one point asked if we could have our picture taken and posted on the wall. We both agreed and then I posted our picture. So if you go, we're on the board now She also is so cool that if you dab, she'll dab back 0/ Gio was also pretty cool, even being dabless. I told him (And Sophia as well) that I found Noodz on Instagram, and that it's the top-tier food recommender. He was very conversational and at one point asked if we wanted any spices added. I asked what they've got, and he suggested the ghost pepper umami paste. Wow, it's phenomenal! It took the bang bang ramen to another level! Khalid was a cool dude too, if I should say so myself. My wife said that him and I would be friends since we both have high energy He was conversational too and gave us an additional umami paste to go. Noodz is an awesome restaurant that I highly recommend every foodie should go to at least twice

This place was definitely better than I expected. Both the bang bang shrimp and the chicken ramen were delicious. We added the spicy paste to it and it made it even better. The bao sampler was great; the Korean bbq bao was my favorite. They were however out of a lot of items when we went and the seating area is very small so I do hope they get to expand a little!

Amazing atmosphere and amazing food! Right when I walked they made me and my fiancee feel at home. Friendly people, delicious ramen on top!. Bang bang shrimp ramen was favourite, although for my fiancee the Birria Ramen was her favourite. Absolutely a fan of this place going here more often. Whenever I can. I would definitely recommend others to check them out!.

First time coming here with my friend, and we weren’t sure what to order but the server was amazing and super helpful! He recommended the bang bang shrimp bowl and the birria bowl, and both were a 10/10. Definitely coming back!
